Boot Camp
Looking for a fun and dynamic way to work out? Boot camp may be the answer for
you.
Normally session’s focus on four key area’s; your upper and lower body, core and
cardio. Within these key area’s we use a variety of equipment and movements to give
your body a well balanced workout. The sessions are designed in a way that from
workout to workout your muscles are challenged from different angles. Physically
and mentally your body and mind is adapting constantly to each new workout.
Whether you are a beginner or more advanced with your training I cater for all fitness
levels and provide all the equipment. Therefore you don’t have to buy and bring
any dumbbells or barbells etc. All you bring is a towel, a drink bottle and the
desire to have a go and work towards your goals.
Boot camp is run in 4 week blocks. You can choose from either morning or evening
sessions, indoors and outdoors (weather & daylight permitting).
The cost of sessions ranges from $10 to $15 depending on which package you purchase.

Location
Locations for Boot Camp vary depending on the time of year.
Over daylight savings sessions are held outdoors (weather permitting) in the Croydon
area. The rest of the year sessions are held in Croydon Hills at Yarra Road Primary
School. When you start your sessions with me you will be notified where the current
locations are for your sessions.
