Small Group Training
In Studio
Interested in training with a small group of like minded people? Run in small groups
of 4 to 10 people. The sessions are 55 minutes and split into two styles; circuit/resistance
training and Thump Boxing for Fitness sessions.
Circuit/Resistance sessions cater to all fitness levels using a variety of equipment
and movements designed to maximise your training time. Utilising a mixture of cardiovascular
machines, machine weights, functional movements utilising cables, dumbbells, barbells,
you will get many and varied all over body workouts.
Thump Boxing for Fitness sessions are just like the ones I run outside but in a
smaller more intimate environment. Don’t let that fool you though the workouts are
just as challenging.

Have a group of friends that want to train together? You provide the group of friends
and I’ll provide the venue. You choose the style of sessions you want or leave it
to me and I will give you a variety of different sessions that will help you work
towards the achievement of your goals.
Mobile Private Group Training
With Mobile Private Group Training you provide a group of people and a location.
Alternatively I can find a location or you can bring your group to my home studio.
I will provide all the equipment for the sessions. Costs vary depending on the location,
the number of people and whether I need to provide the location.
